Opening Party * Evren Tekinoktay * København-Berlin: Portalen til verden * Platform
We’re looking forward to welcoming lots of guests when we open three new exhibitions on Wednesday 27 August from 4 pm. As always, you can expect music, pop-up food, performances – and hopefully a touch of late summer sunshine generously bathing Nikolaj Plads! Entry is free, and the first quick guests get a free beer. Everyone is welcome.
We’re excited to present three new exhibitions:
Gallery Crawl · City Center Tour · CPF X | CPF+
Take part in a special guided tour to a selected handful of exhibitions and destinations, all part of the CPF X programme. The tour will take you to four unique photography exhibitions in central Copenhagen. We will visit Nikolaj Kunsthal, Leica Store Copenhagen, The David Collection, Martin Asbæk Gallery and end at the CPF Festival Center.
Fernisering * Platform * Mille Qvist x Nanna Friis
Vi glæder os til at se dig til åbningen af endnu en udstilling i vores projektrum Platform. Vi fejrer åbningen af “Top Nono”, som er blevet til i et samarbejde mellem kunstneren Mille Qvist og kurator Nanna Friis.
Experience Copenhagen from the Top of Nikolaj Tower
Every day at 1:00 PM, you have the chance to see Copenhagen from the top of Nikolaj Tower. From the lookout point, 35 metres up, you'll be treated to a stunning panoramic view of the city.
Tickets for the tower tour are sold in the café on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the tour. Pre-sale is optional. Use link at this web page. Price: DKK 50.
Please note that capacity is limited, and a separate ticket is required for the tower tour.
Behind "Breaking Darkness"
Step into Lars Von Trier's distinctive universe, guided by the passionate art educators from Nikolaj Kunsthal, and meet some of the contributors who helped create the exhibition "Breaking Darkness”, a total-installation tribute to the unique filmmaker. You will experience the exhibition in the company of Nikolaj Kunsthal's artistic director and a few of the creative collaborators who assisted in developing the exhibition.
