This one’s for kids!

On 27 June, 11 July and 25 July from 13:00, we invite children and adults to a fun and sensory workshop at Nikolaj Kunsthal.

Together with our skilled art educators, we will explore the current and critically acclaimed exhibition “Alison Knowles: Retrospective 1960–2022”. Along the way, we will try out small Fluxus-inspired exercises that get the whole body involved.

We will celebrate beautiful red things in “Celebration Red”, make music with our feet in “Bean Garden” and tell stories about our shoes in “Shoe of Your Choice”. It is not about getting it right — it is about sensing, playing, listening, moving and discovering new ways of experiencing art.

The workshop lasts approximately one hour. A new workshop begins every hour from 13:00.
