Spring is finally in the air. To celebrate on 5 March, we’re teaming up with Copenhagen Cultural District to serve cold draft beers from Depanneur, host a quiz led by Dagmars Bodega, and provide music by DJ Princess Banger. And best of all — it’s completely free to take part!

With Dagmars Bodega, we’ll be quizzing you on spring, art and Copenhagen. No expert knowledge required. The quiz will be in Danish, and teams can consist of 2–6 people. So grab your friends or colleagues, pick up a quiz sheet, and join the competition for great prizes — and, of course, the honour!

As part of the campaign kick-off, we’re also offering two guided tours of our current exhibition "Københavnerstykker II", presenting the extensive collection of artworks acquired by the Council for Visual Arts on behalf of the City of Copenhagen between 2022 and 2025. The exhibition features more than 230 works by nearly 150 artists.

These works form part of a growing public art collection that is normally displayed across the City of Copenhagen’s institutions and workplaces — including libraries, treatment centres, job centres, schools and mayoral offices — for the benefit of staff, users and citizens alike. The exhibition offers the perfect shortcut to contemporary art, featuring works by Jens Haaning, Apolonia Sokol, Noah Umur Kanber, Tine Bek and Inuuteq Storch.

In Copenhagen Cultural District, some of the city’s oldest and most distinguished cultural institutions stand side by side with the democratic institutions that shape present and future Denmark.
Dj Princess Banger will provide the musical backdrop.
