On Thursday 9 October you can attend two events taking place at Nikolaj Kunsthal. Read more about the two events here!

As autumn sets in, why not enjoy some indoor time at Nikolaj Kunsthal, which is presenting two events on Thursday 9 October. First up is the event "Talk: The Art Shaping Cities" from 16:00 to 17:30:

Join Institut français du Danemark, the Goethe-Institut, and Nikolaj Kunsthal, as part of the Copenhagen Architecture Biennial 2025, for a moderated conversation about art and urban development.

The discussion will be held between Alban Corbier-Labasse, director of Friche la Belle de Mai in Marseille, and Britta Peters from Urbane Künste Ruhr, a curator specialising in public art and the artistic director of Urbane Künste Ruhr. The dialogue is moderated by Ellen Braae, professor of landscape architecture and leader of the research group Landscape Architecture and Urbanism.

Tickets, which include a glass of wine from Rosforth & Rosforth, cost just 50 DKK. Find your tickets here.

Following the talk, you can stay and join the opening of the fifth exhibition of the year in the project space Platform. The exhibition, titled Nur in Zeit, is created by visual artist Liesel Burisch in collaboration with the curator duo Martin Wendelbo & Regen Li.

The opening starts at 18:00. Entry is free, and there will be complimentary beer from Depanneur — for the first and fastest guests. Behind the DJ booth, you will find Y3K. Read more about the exhibition Nur in Zeit here.

Everyone is welcome — to both events!
