Copenhagen Photo Festival (CPF) fills the capital with a wealth of events focusing on visual art and documentary photography. 

Nikolaj Kunsthal is engaged in two festival events:

Saturday 14 June, 11:00–13:30: GALLERY CRAWL · City Center Tour
Join a special guided tour to a small selection of exhibitions and destinations, all part of the CPF X programme. The tour visits four unique photo exhibitions in the city centre. We’ll visit Nikolaj Kunsthal, Leica Store Copenhagen, The David Collection, Martin Asbæk Gallery, and finish at the CPF Festival Centre. Get your ticket here (limited spaces available).

Tuesday 17 June, 16:30–17:30: Behind “Breaking Darkness” 
A guided tour with introduction by Jens-Otto Paludan, collaborator with Lars von Trier and owner of Freeze Frame Gallery. Since 2020, Jens-Otto Paludan has specialised in curating and producing unique stills from Lars von Trier’s impressive and visually compelling film catalogue. Several of these photographic works are part of “Breaking Darkness” and have previously been shown at venues including Galerie Perrotin in Paris. Find your ticket here.
