Take a seat at the table as chefs Eva Hurtigkarl, Kala’s Kimchi and Kristina Andersen explore the contrasts of black and white in a fusion of Korean and Danish food cultures – featuring a menu made exclusively of black and white dishes!
On Thursday, the 20th of February, Nikolaj Kunsthal will be transformed into a sensory experience centred around a communal long-table dinner. The menu consists of black and white cuisine by chefs Eva Hurtigkarl, Kala’s Kimchi and Kristina Andersen from Abrikos. Together, they delve into the intersection of Korean and Danish food traditions, embracing the challenges and delights of working within a conceptual framework. The trio elaborates:

The black and white dinner unfolds at the high-ceilinged Lower Gallery, the February setting for the exhibition Breaking Darkness, a site-specific homage to the iconic filmmaker Lars von Trier.
