When everyday life becomes art
In May and June, Nikolaj Kunsthal invites school classes to take part in a new learning programme inspired by the upcoming exhibition on Fluxus pioneer Alison Knowles. Fluxus is an art movement where small actions, repetition, everyday sounds and ordinary objects can become art.

Book your free session here.

Can a lunch be a work of art? Can a sound, a movement or a simple instruction become art?

In this programme, students explore how art can emerge from everyday life – and how they can create their own works using their bodies, imagination and the materials around them. The programme can be integrated into subjects such as art, design and technology, Danish and history.

The sessions are adapted to suit different age groups.

Booking is now open. Secure your free session today – places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

The programme is developed and delivered by our experienced educators, Rie Linnea Lindgren-Olsen and Janne Malmros.

Further details will be shared soon.
