Art Week at Nikolaj Kunsthal

From 1 June, the festival for contemporary art will be kicked off and again this year, Nikolaj Kunsthal plays a central role. See the programme here

You can experience the Idiot-Monster Lunch, ceremonial morning organ music, expressive group performance, artist talk, a guided tour and heartfelt accordion intimacy in Nikolaj Tower as a part of Art Week’s programme at Nikolaj Kunsthal.

Art Week 2023 kicks off on 1 June with a party that offers an intense programme. Experience, among other things, a spectacular group performance Young Boy Dancing Group and heartfelt intimacy in Nikolaj Tower by Adam Christensen. There is free entry to the opening party Art Bar Extravaganza, which takes place at Nikolaj Kunsthal. Helene Nyborg Bay, artistic director at Nikolaj Kunsthal, elaborates:

”Art Bar Extravaganza is one of the events we always look forward to at Nikolaj Kunsthal. It is the perfect occasion to celebrate and experience contemporary art as a festive marker of community and an inspiring mirror of the society we live in.”
