Sound Journey in Shane Brox's exhibition
During autumn and winter, it is possible – in the middle of Shane Brox's exhibition – to get carried away on a sound journey facilitated by sound healer and composer Andreas Hüttel who is behind the soundtrack created specifically for the exhibition "Beauty in the Beast”.
Sound journeys are a transformative form of sound therapy designed to evoke vivid mental landscapes that can support us in the exploration of our inner universes and help us transform emotions, thought patterns and perspectives that no longer serve us.
The experience is guided by numerous sounds, all with varying frequencies and vibrations that can lead you into a state of total relaxation where healing and connection to a higher consciousness can take place.
The sound journey is guided by Andreas Hüttel, who is educated in musicology from the University of Copenhagen and works as a musician, composer and sound therapist. His work with sound lives in the cross-section of music, science and technology and the ancient schools of wisdom and always carries the intention of creating changes in the consciousness of the listener.
